Human Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a monomeric immunoglobulin, built of two heavy chains gamma and two light chains. Each molecule has two antigen binding sites. Human Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is the most abundant immunoglobulin and is approximately equally distributed in blood and in tissue liquids. Applications: Suitable for use as antigen or ligand in immunochemical reactions, as a control or standard in immunological assays, Conjugation, ELISA, Western Blot.
