For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Purity: Purified by delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography. IEP Assay shows a single precipitin arc against anti mouse IgG and anti mouse serum.
