Highly purified IgG isolated from pooled normal sera by an exclusive fractionation process and further processed by ion exchange or gel filtration chromatography. Applications: Suitable for use in blocking agent, reference standard, antigen or coating protein and in biological systems for immunogen preparation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O or PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C.
