Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 biotin molecules per Rabbit IgG molecule. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Purity:
Purified by delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis shows a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-rabbit IgG and anti-rabbit serum.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease Free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with Biotin. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.
