Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:5000-1:50,000 Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000 Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C as an undiluted liquid for 12 months. Dilute only prior to immediate use. DO NOT FREEZE. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
