Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunocytochemistry: 5-15ug/ml Immunoprecipitation: Used to immunoprecipitate human alpha2-Macroglobulin from conditioned media of transfected NS0 cells. The recovered halpha2-Macroglobulin can be detected by western blot analysis using a monoclonal antibody (Catalog M1150-04A). Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
