MaxLight(TM)550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor(TM)546, 555, DyLight(TM)549 , Cy3(TM), TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm), Emission (575nm), Extinction Coefficient 150,000. MIP-1 alpha is also known as CCL3. MIP-1 alpha has a molecular weight of approximately 7.8kD and is produced by activated macrophages. MIP-1 alpha has been shown to be involved in the inflammatory response of blood monocytes and tissue macrophages. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal working dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: Sheep anti Rabbit IgG: HRP Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight(TM)550 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
