Immunogen: Recombinant protein corresponding to mouse Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 gamma epressed in E. coli.
Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Others applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (Direct): ~1ug/ml (using 100ul/well antibody solution) This antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant mouse MIP-1y. ELISA (Sandwich): 0.25-1ug/ml (using 100ul/well antibody solution) Allows detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant mouse MIP-1y. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. The detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determinded by researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 01% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Purity: Purified by immobilized antigen affinity chromatography.
Form: Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2. Reconstitute with 50ul of sterile PBS containing 01% BSA. Labeled with Biotin.
