MCP-1 is also known as CCL-2. Rat MCP-1 is a chemokine of approximately 12kD, which plays an important role in the inflammatory response of blood monocytes and tissue macrophages. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: I1904-39: IgG, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Gt xRb I1904-40A: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Gt xRb I1904-40J: IgG, Fc (HRP) Pab Gt xRb I1904-40P: IgG, Fc, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Gt xRb Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C if to be used immediately within two weeks. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
