MaxLight(TM)490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight(TM)488, Alexa Fluor(TM)488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm), Emission (515nm), Extinction Coefficient 73,000. MCP-1 is also known as CCL-2. Rat MCP-1 is a chemokine of approximately 12kD, which plays an important role in the inflammatory response of blood monocytes and tissue macrophages. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
