Detection of human CD30 (shaded) in MJ[G11] cells by flow cytometry. Antibody: Rabbit anti-CD30 recombinant monoclonal (orb1519863) or isotype control (unshaded). Secondary: DyLight 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG.
Detection of human CD30 by immunocytochemistry. Sample: FFPE section of SR cells. Antibody: Rabbit anti-CD30 recombinant monoclonal antibody (orb1519863). Secondary: HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG.
Detection of human CD30 by immunohistochemistry. Sample: FFPE section of human tonsil. Antibody: Rabbit anti-CD30 recombinant monoclonal antibody (orb1519863). Secondary: HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG.
