CD177 antigen (neutrophil glycoprotein NB1) is expressed by 97% of the caucasian population. Antibodies against NB1 can be involved in neonatal alloimmune neutropenia (NAN). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Western Blot: Non-reducing conditions Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
