CD177 antigen (neutrophil glycoprotein NB1) is expressed by 97% of the caucasian population. Antibodies against NB1 can be involved in neonatal alloimmune neutropenia (NAN). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Western Blot: Non-reducing conditions Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: I1904-65W: IgG, F(ab)2 (HRP) Pab RbxMo I1904-66C: IgG, F(ab)2, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab RbxMo F(ab)2 Rabbit anti mouse IgG: RPE Recommended Negative Controls: I1904-78R: IgG1 Murine Negative Control Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
